I F S Aurena Agent
I F S Aurena Agent enhances the user experience and adds new capabilities to the IFS Cloud web application. Areas which are enhanced by the Aurena Agent are Document Management, Printing, HCM, and Manufacturing. The Aurena Agent is compatible with Chrome and Edge (Chromium version) on Windows. The Aurena Agent consists of two parts: The agent itself is a Windows application that needs to be installed on the client machine using a MSI package, and a Chrome extension which enables IFS Cloud web application to communicate with the agent.
I F S Cloud Web DevTools
I F S Cloud Web DevTools for debugging IFS Cloud Web. You can use IFS Cloud Web DevTools to understand the structure of the application and preview the records, network and client logs of IFS Cloud Web. The information gathered can also be exported and attached to help with debugging when creating support cases for IFS Cloud Web. The IFS Cloud Web DevTools is a Chrome DevTools extension and adds a tab (IFS Cloud) to the Google Chrome DevTools when using IFS Cloud Web.
I F S Business Reporter
I F S Business Reporter is a Microsoft® Excel® addon designed to enable access to IFS Cloud data for analytical reporting. The built-in Microsoft® Excel® capabilities for presentation and formatting is used when creating the report output. Reports created with IFS Business Reporter can be ordered and scheduled through IFS Cloud. Install the pre-requisite "Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime" and then install using the provided MSI or ClickOnce installers. ClickOnce installation option is only available in Microsoft Edge.
I F S Business Reporter Execution Server
I F S Business Reporter Execution Server enhances batch processing of IFS Business Reporter reports, speeding up the Excel load time when opening these reports from the Report Archive in IFS Cloud. Install using the provided MSI installer. Refer to IFS Cloud Technical Documentation for installation and configuration information.
I F S Document Management in Microsoft Office
I F S Document Management in Microsoft Office is a Microsoft® Office® addon which provides a user friendly technique to import document files into Document Management application from Microsoft Office applications tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Install the pre-requisite "Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime" and then install using the provided MSI. IFS Aurena Agent must be installed to obtain the expected capability of the addon.
I F S Print Agent
I F S Print Agent is used to submit the PDF documents generated by the IFS Report Formatter for printing. Download, extract and run IFSPrintAgent.exe Refer IFS Cloud documentation for installation and configuration information.
I F S Project Add-in for Microsoft Project
I F S Project Add-in for Microsoft Project is used to import/export the project planning data between IFS Cloud and MS Project. Install pre-requisite "Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime" and download the ZIP for VSTO Setup or download relevant MSI installer. For detailed setup instructions, refer to the IFS Cloud Technical Documentation.
I F S Provider for Primavera Gateway
To install the Provider, download I F S Provider for Primavera Gateway ZIP and extract to providers folder in Primavera Gateway Installation. For installation instructions, please go to IFS Provider for Primavera Gateway under "IFS Installation Guide/Additional Installation Option/IFS Cloud Business Component".
I F S Time Clock
I F S Time Clock is a time tracking solution which captures employee's Time and Attendance information. It also provides Shop Floor reporting and Self-service capabilities.
